The selection stage is the most difficult and important - it takes from 1 week to the moment when you find your dream apartment.

Purchase and registration:

we agree on the price and conditions with the seller (payment terms and methods, transfer of the apartment, what remains in the apartment, text of the contract);
we check the seller and the property;
if necessary, we help you arrange a mortgage or transfer money from another country;
our lawyer and translator will accompany you during the transaction and at the bank;
After the deal we have a tradition - a business lunch with happy customers

acquaintance and inspection of the apartment ; determination of the agency commission and signing of a contract for our services (at the owner’s request);
photo and video shooting;
market value assessment and agreement on the initial sale price

Advertising and finding a buyer:
